This Terms of Service is entered into by and between ClearPayz, a private limited company incorporated in India, and the user accessing and utilising the Wallet/Card Services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Our services
ClearPayz offers a digital-asset wallet, Visa-powered card, cross-border settlement, and related infrastructure services for individuals and businesses operating under applicable regulation.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access and use ClearPayz services. You represent that you are legally permitted to use the services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Trading risks
Digital assets involve volatility, market, security, and technical risks. You should only transact with funds you can afford to lose. ClearPayz is not liable for losses arising from digital-asset trading or wallet use.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
